Who We Are
MedFoundationNC is an independent health research and consumer education publication. Our editorial team produces in-depth buyer’s guides, ingredient analyses, and product evaluations across the full spectrum of health and wellness — from dietary supplements and prescription telehealth services to consumer health devices and financial wellness tools.
We exist because navigating the health product marketplace is genuinely difficult. There are thousands of supplements, dozens of telehealth platforms, and an overwhelming amount of marketing designed to make every product sound like a breakthrough. Our job is to cut through that noise with research you can actually use.
What We Do
Every guide we publish follows a consistent editorial framework built on three principles:
Verified sourcing. We source factual claims from official brand websites, published clinical research, and publicly available regulatory data. When we cite ingredient research, we explicitly distinguish between findings from individual ingredient studies and any claims made about the finished product being reviewed. We do not fabricate reviews, invent statistics, or present marketing copy as independent analysis.
Honest assessment. Every buyer’s guide includes a frank “Our Take” section that addresses who the product may be right for and who should consider other options. We believe that matching the right reader to the right product — rather than pushing every reader toward every product — produces better outcomes for everyone involved.
Compliance as a competitive advantage. Our content is built to meet or exceed FTC disclosure requirements, FDA/DSHEA guidelines for supplement content, and the editorial standards of every major distribution platform we work with. We treat regulatory compliance not as a box to check but as the foundation of the trust we’re building with you.
What We Cover
Our coverage spans the major categories in health and wellness product research:
Dietary supplements — blood sugar support, brain and nerve health, sleep and stress, joint and pain relief, weight management, heart and immune health, skin and anti-aging, digestive wellness, men’s and women’s health formulas, and more.
Prescription telehealth platforms — GLP-1 weight management programs, compounded medications, dermatology services, hormone therapy, and direct-to-consumer healthcare platforms. For telehealth reviews, we clearly distinguish between the platform, the independent clinicians who make prescribing decisions, and the pharmacies that compound or dispense medications.
Consumer health devices — hearing devices, wearable health monitors, therapeutic devices, and personal wellness technology.
Financial wellness — investment newsletters, financial research services, and subscription-based market analysis tools.
Home and lifestyle — home services, personal care products, pet health, and everyday wellness products.
