Fridays Health Review 2026: Community Guide to Checking Terms

posted on July 25, 2026

Community editorial and affiliate disclosure: This publication may receive compensation through the Official Site link. The guide translates Fridays’ stated terms into a checkout checklist. It is not a report of personal treatment, fulfillment, cancellation, or weight loss.

Save-Before-You-Pay Checklist

  • The final four-month charge and active discount
  • The automatic-renewal date and 72-hour cancellation deadline
  • The provider network, individual prescriber, and dispensing pharmacy
  • The medication status, support services, and refund restrictions

Clear terms are part of safe care. A community member should be able to explain who will assess them, what may be prescribed, what one charge covers, and when another payment can occur. This guide turns Fridays’ captured language into a practical record you can save before the intake begins.

First, Record What You Are Applying For

Fridays markets telehealth access to compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, microdosing options, and separately labeled FDA-approved weight-management products. Write down the category you are considering, but do not treat it as a promised prescription. Not every option will be available or medically appropriate for every person.

Our plain-language GLP-1 explainer can help a new buyer understand basic terms before reading the offer.

Next, Record the Care Sequence

The expected process is an assessment or medical intake, followed by eligibility review from a licensed provider. If appropriate, the provider creates a personalized treatment plan and may prescribe. A regulated partner pharmacy prepares and delivers compounded medication only after prescribing. Continuing clinician and program support comes afterward.

This process has no guaranteed approval, medication, formulation, strength, or outcome. It also creates a policy milestone: Fridays says services begin as soon as the medical intake is submitted for provider review.

Write Down Which Organization Does Each Job

Thrive Health, Inc. runs Fridays. OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and other provider networks furnish Clinical Services. A particular licensed prescriber makes the applicant-level decision. A regulated partner pharmacy handles compounding and shipment. Keep these names separate when asking a billing, medical, or dispensing question.

Fridays says compounds are prepared in FDA-registered facilities through certified U.S. pharmacy partners. Facility, certified-pharmacy, quality, and fulfillment-rate statements are attributable to Fridays. They do not independently identify or verify the pharmacy, formula, batch, or experience that will apply to you. Seller testimonials and internal member outcomes are not evidence of typical results.

Mark the FDA Status Beside Each Choice

Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA approved and have not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They can differ from approved products in strength, dose, and other ways. Do not call a compound generic or equivalent to an approved brand.

The homepage lists FDA-approved products separately. That label does not guarantee coverage, access, or suitability. Ask the clinician to explain the status and rationale for any proposed medication.

List Every Service Fridays Attributes to Membership

Fridays says the membership includes the cost of compounded medication, regular clinician access, applicable prescription management and renewals, nutrition help, insurance-concierge support, coaching or workouts, and Quest lab coverage. Confirm what each phrase means in your location and plan.

The seller states that compounded GLP-1 drugs are not covered by insurance and that HSA or FSA cards may be accepted. Cost for a separately labeled FDA-approved brand depends on insurance. Keep a screenshot or copy of the live checkout and verify insurance independently.

Translate the Promotion Into One Charge

The captured buy-three-get-one-free offer is a 25% discount on a four-month membership fee. It is not evidence of a specific base price. Customers are billed once every four months, and membership renews automatically at the then-current discounted rate unless it is canceled before renewal.

The capture also showed a distinct $100 seller promotion. Promotions can change. Do not assume this amount stacks with the 25% offer unless the current checkout explicitly permits that combination. Confirm the final dollar total, discount name, next payment date, and included services.

Our telehealth billing and cancellation guide provides a broader checklist for recurring GLP-1 programs.

Calculate the Last Safe Cancellation Date

Fridays says members may “cancel anytime,” but avoiding the next renewal requires notice. The cancellation must reach Fridays by email or through the cancellation feature at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Save both the request and confirmation.

Circle the Four Refund Exceptions

The limited categories are medical disqualification before services begin, verified billing errors, refunds required by law, and possible credit when switching programs. Because services begin upon intake submission for provider review, other fees are generally non-refundable after that point. A prescription already dispensed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded except where law requires it.

Add a Medical Safety Page to Your Record

List pregnancy or breastfeeding, medicines, supplements, allergies, prior adverse effects, planned anesthesia, pancreatitis, gallbladder or kidney disease, severe gastrointestinal disease, and diabetic retinopathy. Discuss personal or family medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) and multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2), which may make GLP-1 treatment inappropriate.

Use our GLP-1 safety and interaction guide to organize questions. It cannot replace the treating provider. Fridays is not emergency care; urgent symptoms call for 911 or immediate local emergency help.

Community Buyer Fit

May work for: adults who can use telehealth, provide a complete history, accept a four-month commitment, and want clinician, nutrition, lab, or coaching support. Not for: someone expecting a guaranteed prescription, a guaranteed “microdose,” brand-equivalent compounding, emergency access, or unrestricted refunds.

Questions to Answer in Writing

  • Who will review my medical information, and how do I contact that clinician?
  • Which pharmacy, formulation, and strength would apply if prescribed?
  • Which advertised support services are available to me?
  • What exact amount will renew, and on what date?
  • How does the 72-hour cutoff translate to my calendar?
